The Wauseon Machine Story: Our Heritage

1983 - The Beginning

Wauseon Machine was founded as a small machine shop, specializing in build-to-print tooling, prototypes, and high-quality machined parts. The commitment to precision was set from day one.

1988 - Tube Forming Innovation

Recognizing a critical need in the market, we designed and built our first ram tube end forming machine. This innovative line of equipment would grow to an installed base in over 20 countries.

2002 - The Automation Journey

Our journey into advanced automation began as we integrated robots with our tube end forming equipment. This marked the start of our extensive experience in custom automation solutions.

2022 - Expanding the Footprint

We acquired McAlister Design & Automation in Greenville, SC, significantly expanding our automation solutions and robotic footprint across the country, further preparing the foundation for specialized growth.
